Improving the educational experience for students has been a longstanding priority for Lowe’s. With each improvement we make, we’re investing in tomorrow. Lowe’s supports education through grants, scholarship programs and national partnerships.
Our signature education grant program, Lowe’s Toolbox for Education®, has been changing lives and transforming communities since its launch in 2006. Funded by Lowe’s Charitable and Educational Foundation, Lowe’s Toolbox for Education provides the funds to expand students’ opportunities and improve schools across the United States.

Being a good neighbor means being committed to improving the places our employees and customers call home. Our mission is to provide impactful support to local communities, and we continue to develop new partnerships and programs to meet their needs.
Fulfilling our commitment is about more than writing checks, though. It’s about being involved. We do that through the Lowe’s Heroes program – employee volunteers who are dedicated to improving their communities. As Lowe’s ambassadors, they reinforce our culture of caring and spread awareness of our mission to every new community we enter.
